Their surfaces are covered \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ewith thick layers of oil stick that are scraped into, buried in glitter, smeared \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eand massaged by hand, covered in sand, embedded with confetti, wiped down \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eand then piled up again until they start to achieve a living presence.
